Tranquil Waves was created from a personal understanding of how difficult it can be to truly switch off.

After experiencing burnout and constant overwhelm, this space was designed to help others fully relax — even if they don’t know how to switch off on their own.

Created and hosted by Aimee in a calm, private setting designed for deep relaxation.

What to Expect

From the moment you arrive at Tranquil Waves in Banbury, everything is designed to help your mind and body soften. You’ll experience a serene environment that guides you in learning how to calm the nervous system effectively. Through soundscapes and gentle vibrations, your session will provide a restorative escape, allowing you to release tension and regain mental clarity.

You’re welcomed into a quiet, calming space and given a moment to slow down, breathe and settle in.

Simple settling in

You’ll lie back fully clothed, get comfortable with cushions and blankets if you’d like

Immersive sound and vibration

Soft soundscapes and gentle vibrations wash over you while you simply lie still. There’s nothing for you to do or get right.

Deep RELAXATION - WHERE YOUR BODY FULLY LETS GO
