Tranquil Waves isn’t a busy high-street clinic or a cold franchise. It’s a quiet, private sanctuary run entirely by me.

I spent years as a busy mum juggling family life while working a high-pressure corporate job. I know exactly how heavy daily stress, endless to-do lists, and mental fatigue feel. When you're that overwhelmed, being told to "just relax" feels impossible.

Step into a warm, softly lit space. We will begin with a refreshing glass of water and a quick chat about how the technology works so you feel entirely safe, comfortable, and ready. (You remain fully and comfortably clothed throughout the entire session).

Welcome & Explanation

You’ll lie back on a plush, specialised mat. I will softly guide you through a gentle body scan meditation, helping you consciously release the physical tension in your muscles and settle deeply into the bed.

The Guided Body Scan

As you drift into relaxation, the room fills with ambient sound, and the mat beneath you begins to move with silent, deep-tissue sound frequencies. You will feel the soothing resonance ripple gently through your entire body as your mind completely switches off.

Full Somatic Immersion

I will gently ease you back into awareness with a soft chime. To finish your ritual, you'll have quiet time to rest your body, ground yourself, and enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea before heading back into the world.
